By accessing and using ExpiringDocuments.com (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

ExpiringDocuments.com is a web application that helps individuals and organisations track expiry dates for documents such as passports, driving licences, insurances, contracts, and similar items, and to receive timely reminders via email, Telegram, and other supported notification channels.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use ExpiringDocuments.com only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

You must not:

  • Use the Service in a way that infringes the rights of others or restricts or inhibits their use of the Service
  • Upload malicious files, malware, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its underlying systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract data from the Service without prior written consent
  • Transmit unsolicited advertising or spam through the Service

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at help@expiringdocuments.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used in a manner that is harmful to other users or to the Service.

4. Free Plan and Paid Subscriptions

ExpiringDocuments.com offers a free plan allowing you to track up to 3 documents at no cost. Additional features and higher document limits are available under paid subscription plans, the details of which are set out on our Pricing page.

Paid subscriptions are billed on the terms displayed at checkout. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of a paid plan after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Your Content

You may upload documents, images, and other files to the Service. You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Panni Property Management Ltd a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not infringe third-party rights and complies with applicable law. We do not review user-uploaded content.

6. Notifications and Reminders

The Service is designed to help you track expiry dates and send reminders. While we take reasonable steps to ensure reliability, we cannot guarantee that all reminders will be delivered on time or at all due to factors outside our control (such as email delivery failures, Telegram API issues, or incorrect contact details provided by you). You remain solely responsible for monitoring your own document expiry dates.

7. Intellectual Property

All content forming part of the ExpiringDocuments.com platform — including but not limited to the software, design, text, graphics, and logos — is the property of Panni Property Management Ltd and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any such content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing on ExpiringDocuments.com constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Panni Property Management Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service — including but not limited to missed document renewals, penalties, or loss of data — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, renewal portals). These links are provided for convenience only. Panni Property Management Ltd has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
