Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan is forever free for up to 3 documents and includes Email and Telegram reminders.

How early will I be reminded?

By default we start reminding you 180 days (6 months) before expiry, then daily as the date approaches. You can change the window in Settings.

Which channels can I use?

Free and Individual plans support Email and Telegram. The Family plan adds WhatsApp and SMS.

Can I attach the actual document?

Yes. On paid plans you can attach a PDF or photo to each document, so the renewal info is one click away.

Do you store my files securely?

Files are stored in a private bucket and only accessible via short-lived signed URLs that only you can request while logged in.

Is there a paid plan?

Yes. Individual and Family paid plans unlock more documents, attachments, analytics and additional reminder channels. You can upgrade anytime from your settings.

Will you ever show ads?

No. We're funded purely by paid plans — never by ads or selling your data.

Can I cancel any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel a paid plan at any time from your account. You'll keep access until the end of the billing period.

What happens to my data if my plan expires?

Accepted Answer

Your account stays active and your data is kept for 6 months after your paid plan ends, so you can resubscribe at any time and pick up exactly where you left off. After 6 months without an active plan, your documents and uploaded files are removed, but your account itself remains so you can sign in and start fresh.
